Biography
Originally from the Minneapolis area, Dr. Barlow joined OCRME in September 2014 as our Research Design & Evaluation Consultant. He has completed evaluation projects spanning higher education, statewide college access networks, public health, and non-profit programs. He also worked as a Statistical & Research Design Consultant at the UT Graduate School of Medicine where he developed, taught, and assessed the residency curriculum on research methods and statistics.
